What to send

Send folder paths, sizes, tool names, and the read-only scan output if it is relevant. Do not send secrets, passwords, private keys, client data, or full file contents.

Subscriptions

SafeDisk AI currently sells fixed-scope one-time digital reports and policy documents. If subscription products are enabled later, cancellation will be available through the payment provider customer portal or by contacting support.
